Minimum order value
On wanderschuhe.net there is a minimum order value of 30,- Euro. Unfortunately we cannot accept smaller orders due to cost reasons.
Delivery
Shipping for Germany is done with DHL as an insured package, optionally also by DPD or GLS. Other countries are optionally shipped with GLS International.
We also deliver to packing stations within Germany.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered after:
- Germany within 1 working day
- Europe within 2 working days
- International Zone 1 within 3 working days
- International Zone 2 within 4 working days
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
*The transit times indicated are non-binding standard transit times of DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and TNT EXPRESS in working days (no Saturday and Sunday delivery) based on experience and refer to duty-free shipments to the capital of the respective country.

Prepayment
You will receive our account details by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.Please settle the invoice amount.We will ship your order immediately after receipt of payment.

For customers from Germany we offer payment by invoice via our partner PayPal Plus.
If you select purchase on account when paying, you have the option to transfer the purchase amount within 14 days.
After you receive the item, follow the payment instructions in the email PayPal sent you.
You do not need a PayPal account for this.
SEPA direct debit
For customers from Germany we offer payment by SEPA direct debit, via our partner PayPal.
By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate.PayPal will then inform you of the date of the account debit.
