How to return an item

1. Send package

2. Receive refund
   After receipt and inspection of the return, the credit will be issued within a few working days.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different size or color, simply reorder the desired item.

Important notes

• The items must be in original condition, complete, and show no signs of use.
• The items must not be damaged or dirty.
• The items must be returned in proper packaging, including all labels and transport protection materials.
• To save resources, ideally send your items back in the same box in which you received them.
• The refund will be issued after inspection of the return within a few working days, but no later than within the statutory period.
