Keen heeft met de Targhee III een sandaal uitgebracht met een hoge tractie. Met het lugpatroon op de zool biedt de sandaal optimale grip en voorkomt hij "uitglijden" of "wegglijden".
Daarnaast heeft de Targhee III een perfecte en ruime pasvorm en een robuuste buitenzool. De sandaal heeft ook een materiaal dat zeer snel droogt en is daarom ideaal voor lange trails.
