De zool heeft een breed loopvlak en biedt optimale stabiliteit en meer loopcomfort tijdens lange wandeltochten.
De afronding van de zool en de ronde profielnokken in het midden maken het moeilijk voor steentjes, modder en vuil om hier vast te komen zitten.De productie met interne naden maakt ze bijzonder robuust.
De binnenvoering van Gore-Tex bevordert ook het vochttransport naar buiten en beschermt tegen vocht van buitenaf.
